01. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings require full advance payment to be confirmed. A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment is successfully received by THHP, at which point dates are locked to ensure fair availability.
02. Changes & Cancellations
After confirmation, reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or adjusted. This policy helps us maintain operational consistency and offer curated experiences to every guest.
03. Refund & Voucher Policy
THHP follows a no direct refund policy. In the event of a cancellation, a credit voucher valid within the same financial year may be issued at our discretion, redeemable for future stays at any THHP property subject to availability.
04. Payment Modes
Payments via Online/Razorpay/UPI/Cards are processed within 7–14 working days for any eligible credits. Eligible cash-based refunds may be processed on the same day after verification.
05. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate details and treat property, staff, and fellow guests with respect. Any loss or damage caused to the property during the stay may be chargeable.
06. Property Rules
Check-in/out timings and house rules (smoking, alcohol, noise) must be strictly followed. THHP reserves the right to discontinue accommodation for violations without refund obligations.
07. Unforeseen Circumstances
THHP shall not be liable for disruptions caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or utility failures beyond our reasonable control.
08. Updates to Terms
THHP Society reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on official THHP platforms.
09. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
