THHP (The Human Happiness Project) is a curated hospitality experience focused on slow, meaningful living. We offer thoughtfully designed stays in soulful destinations across India, prioritizing comfort, calm, and genuine connection.
Some THHP properties may be available on third-party platforms. However, THHP’s official policies apply to all bookings made directly with us unless stated otherwise.
Our properties are curated for limited, intentional stays. Fixed bookings allow us to deliver a calm, well-prepared experience without overbooking or last-minute disruptions.

Bookings & Payments

To confirm a booking, full advance payment is required. A reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive the complete booking amount.
Once a booking is confirmed, dates cannot be changed or cancelled. This helps us maintain fairness and availability across all our properties.
We follow a no direct refund policy for confirmed bookings. In case of cancellation, the prepaid amount may be issued as a voucher that can be used for a future stay within the same financial year, subject to availability.
For online payments (UPI, cards, Razorpay), processing may take 7–14 working days. For cash payments, eligible refunds may be processed on the same day, subject to verification.
Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for refunds or adjustments, as the booking is reserved exclusively for your selected dates.

Your Stay

Check-in and check-out timings vary by property and will be shared during booking confirmation. Guests are requested to strictly follow the communicated timings.
Yes. All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in, as required by law.
Pet policies vary by property. Please check the specific property details or contact us before booking if you plan to travel with pets.
Yes. Many THHP properties welcome families and small groups. However, some properties may have capacity or age-related guidelines, which will be mentioned in the listing.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and related rules depend on property-specific guidelines and local regulations. Please follow the house rules shared at the time of booking.
In genuine emergency situations, we may assist by offering alternative accommodation, if available. This is provided at THHP’s discretion and is subject to property availability.
