Policies

1. Booked dates are frozen once confirmed for our guests.

2. No cancellation or adjustments are permitted after booking.

3. Reservations are binding and cannot be altered once finalized.

​4. Full booking amount paid shall only confirm the booking.

​

5. Our Refund/Booking Policy:

- Bookings require prepayment to be confirmed.
- For cancellations, we issue a voucher for the prepaid amount, valid for use within the same financial year.
- In emergencies, we may offer alternative accommodation if available.

6. If you paid using Online/Razorpay/UPI/card payments, refunds will take 7 to 14 days to process.

7. If you paid with cash, refunds can be issued on the same day.
